- You represent that you are a business entity or an authorized professional representative able to enter into commercial contracts.
- We grant a limited, non-exclusive license to access our technical specifications and marketing materials solely for evaluation and purchasing purposes.
- You may not reverse-engineer our hardware or firmware, or scrape website data for competitive use.
Product Specifications and Orders
We aim to ensure that all technical specifications, including power output, IP ratings, and dimensions, are accurate. Minor variations may occur as a result of continuous research, development, and product improvement.
All B2B orders are subject to a formal Sales Agreement or Proforma Invoice. Any pricing shown on the website is for reference only and may change depending on order volume, technical scope, and the level of customization required, including SKD and CKD configurations.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including the YDCharge and RamTouch trademarks, product designs, technical drawings, and proprietary firmware descriptions, remains the exclusive property of Shenzhen Yangdi Innovation Co., Ltd. Unauthorized use for branding, manufacturing, reproduction, or commercial exploitation is strictly prohibited.
Limitation of Liability
- YDCharge is not liable for damages, fires, or injuries resulting from improper installation, unauthorized modification, or use of chargers outside specified electrical parameters.
- To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, YDCharge is not liable for loss of profits, business interruption, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use its products.
Warranty and After-Sales
Standard warranty terms apply as set out in the applicable Sales Agreement. Warranty claims require proof of professional installation and compliance with our maintenance and usage guidelines.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. Any disputes arising from these terms or from our services shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Shenzhen, Guangdong Province.
